SWEET STING
HONEY SPIRIT
Handcrafted in small batches using dark mead made from local Montana honey. The mead is sourced from Hidden Legend Winery in Victor, MT. We twice distill the mead in our pot still which yields an un-aged honey brandy. This spirit is filled with smooth caramel and honey flavors without the sweetness of mead and comes with a sweet little sting on the finish.

GOLDEN STING
AGED HONEY SPIRIT
We age our Sweet Sting Honey Spirit for 6 months in a medium charred American oak barrels. Our gold medal winning honey spirit takes on amber hues with complex flavors of vanilla and caramel . Delicious in mixed drinks or just over ice.

LOST TRAIL
RYE VODKA
Inspired by our distiller's Polish ancestry and keeping with Polish tradition, distilled from 100% Montana grown Rye. This non-neutral, vibrant vodka focuses on the best characteristics rye has to offer. This spirit specifically showcases the tropical fruit, floral, and peppery notes of rye with a soft and smooth, delicate mouth feel.

MERCHANTS
AMERICAN DRY GIN
Made using our Lost Trail Rye Vodka as a base, this American Dry style gin is more floral and fruity tasting than the typical London Dry style gins. Ten different botanicals from the best growing regions around the world, including apples from the Bitterroot Valley, are vapor infused into the spirit. It has a strong floral nose of lavender and chamomile, notes of apple on the palate, and a smooth juniper finish. A very approachable gin.

SUGAR SPIRIT "BRUM"
Our Montana sourced version of a light Caribbean run made using only Montana sugar beets and honey. It has noted of vanilla, anise, cinnamon, and a warm spun sugar with a crisp mouth feel and smooth finish. Excellent in a daiquiri, mojito, or your favorite Tiki drink.

TIMBER CRUISER
RYE WHISKEY
Our Lost Trail Rye Vodka aged 9 months in No. 4 charred American oak barrels. This whiskey has a dark caramel color with a smokey nose of toffee, cocoa, vanilla cake, leather, peat, oak, and cherry. Coffee, butterscotch, and caramel flavors dominate on the palate, while the finish evokes chocolate, nutmeg, and raisins. A wonderfully smooth whiskey.

Aged for six months in American oak barrels and finished for two months in the same barrels following Higherground's Hurruh Scotch Ale. Aromas of stone fruit, smoke, and hay. Flavors of pepper, caramel, and walnut, with a smooth, rich, smokey, sweet finish.
